The Mighty Bobcat August 14, 2003 A note from the webmaster As you've seen, the Alumni Association now has a mostly fully functioning website. Recent additions include a photographic series of the campus and the very unique garbage can artwork all across the campus. Do you have some pictures you think would add something to the site? If so, send digitized photos you may have via email to the webmaster. Also: the Alumni Association is offering class years without their own website a very inexpensive option to get up and running with their own unique sites. Go to the Graduating Class page on the site for further details. -------------------------------------------- Volume 1, Edition 1 (August 2003) of the new Alumni Echoes newsletter published! Congrats and thanks to Chuck Sankey for yeoman duty putting together a very professional newsletter, available for viewing at the site. Note: this first edition is very content- and graphics-rich, so it is a quite large file. Those of you with high speed connections will have no problem, but those with slower connections (modem dial-up) will have to be a little patient. We'll work on future editions to cut down the download time. -------------------------------------------- Planning help needed for October Homecoming shindig The October 17 Central High All-Graduates’ Homecoming Tailgate Party is on! To make this a success, the Alumni Association needs some more folks to pitch in. Remember, "many hands make light work"--AND guarantee a good time. Come and join Bobcats from all years. For more information, see the Events page on the website. Contact: write to Chuck Sankey or leave a voice message on the Association's number, 602.764.7505.
